Anti-sandblasting ink

Toughened sandblasting adhesive ink is a volatile drying ink with water-based properties, dilutable with water. It reduces the number of screen printing passes; only 3-4 layers are needed to achieve the effect of 6-7 layers with standard types, offering excellent adhesion. It can be applied by hand painting or screen printing and can be directly printed on glass with high graphic resolution. The dried film exhibits good elasticity and toughness, sufficient to withstand the strong impact of sandblasting. The thickness of the dried ink determines its sand resistance.

Suitable for mass production of sandblasting decals, with excellent processability on glass, ceramics, wood, non-ferrous metals, and marble.

1. Sandblasting resistant ink has slightly higher viscosity, so screen printing speed should not be too fast. To ensure a certain thickness of the dried ink film, minimize the use of diluents in the ink to avoid sticking or clogging the screen.

2. The mesh count of the screen should be determined based on the precision of the pattern. Recommended mesh counts: between 80, 100, and 200.

This product should be stored sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Packaged in plastic buckets, 25 kg/bucket or 20 kg/bucket.
